Candidate Data
Contact data such name, email address and phone number
Educational and Employment data such as job title, qualifications, CV and employment history and salary information and any other information necessary to provide our business services
If you are placed by us in either a permanent or temporary role we may collect, store and process the following data
Professional assessments, emergency contacts, compliance documentation, payment details, eligibility to work proof such as passports and visa’s
We do not normally process sensitive personal data and will only do this if necessary to comply with local laws or requirements
To ensure accurate records our CRM (Bullhorn) is integrated with Microsoft Outlook and will therefore retain copies of your email engagement with our business
Client Data
If you are an existing client or prospective client of McManus Ford Ltd we need to collect and process Data about you or individuals in your organisation to provide our business services to you
How we collect your personal Data
We collect data from you when you register with us or when we communicate by phone (all inbound and outbound calls are recorded), in person, email or SMS or through third parties such as

Job Boards – such as JobServe and Monster

As a recruitment business and recruitment agency McManus Ford introduce candidates to clients for permanent employment and independent professional contracts. The exchange of personal data of our candidates and our client contacts is a fundamental and essential part of this process.
To maintain and develop or business McManus Ford need to record and process the personal data of prospective candidates and client contacts.
Consent
Should we rely on your consent to record or process your data we will request your consent by email, orally or online. You have the right to withdraw your consent at anytime
International Transfers
Your personal data will be stored within the EEA on a cloud based server (Bullhorn).
We may share your personal data with selected third parties outside of the EEA with your consent such as
Clients – to introduce candidates to them
Candidates – to discuss job opportunities and arrange interviews
Compliance Partners – to adhere to compliance obligations of our contracts and legal obligations
Data Security
Your data will be stored by our software provider Bullhorn which is a CRM system which is encrypted. We have put procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you of any breach in the required legal timeframe
Data Retention
McManus Ford will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, regulatory or reporting requirements. Once that criteria have been satisfied we may archive part or all your personal data or retain it on our financial systems only, deleting all or part of it from our systems

Right to rectification- ask to have inaccurate data corrected
Right to erasure – ask to have all personal data we hold concerning you erased
