We are recruiting for a team of HR Project Managers for an international HR Transformation program in Germany.
Experience needed
Lead projects across various areas of HR depending on your skillset (Admin, Payroll, compensation, Data)
You would have ownership of process improvement and management in your specific area , defining global standards at a global level
Skills needed
- Process Management/improvement experience
- Experience of either HR Admin, Payroll , compensation or if not these skills a good background in HR Process management and improvement
- Ideally a background in HR Digitilisation (how HR tools and applications work and functionalities they offer and how processes can be automated)
- Ability to generate new ideas and concepts to improve processes
- Analytical and attention to detail to collect the right information needed for analysis of the process to help with the decision making process
- Good communication skills to be able to connect with and influence people at all levels of the organisation
- English language
The role is based in Germany so you would need to be living in Germany or willing to relocate (relocation package offered)
You would need to be an EU national or have the right to work in Germany to apply
